the hyperion can use, one more medium,instead of one utility high slot because, there more mids modules they can use, ( micro jump, ewar, cap boosters, eccm) than high modules.

In my opinion, Amarr resist bonus Gallente hitpoints bonus caldari resist bonus minmatar shield boost. would be less symmetrical and Gallente ships suits them best a buffer that does not add mass, than a repair module it consumes capacitor.
